1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
½ Teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon Chinese Rice Wine or Dry Sherry
The Coating:
2 Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Breadcrumbs of your choice, Panko etc
A drizzle of olive oil
