- 1 lb ground pork

Recipe Directions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce (if using), making sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Add the sliced cabbage and julienned carrots to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
