Directions: How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bars

  1. Prepare the yogurt mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Line a baking dish: Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove the bars once they are frozen.
