Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Steak and Shrimp:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Season the sliced steak with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Make the Mango Alfredo Sauce:
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
- Combine Everything:
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Then, return the steak and shrimp to the skillet and gently mix until everything is well combined and heated.
- Serve:
- Divide the pasta among serving plates. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and lime wedges if desired.
