How to Make Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Step 1: Prep the Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes (or Yukon Gold potatoes if using), then cut them into bite-sized pieces if they’re larger.

Step 2: Season the Potatoes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs (if using). Make sure each piece is well-coated with the oil and seasonings.

Step 3: Add Parmesan Cheese
