Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo

Directions:


Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Gently fold in the lobster meat, crab meat, and cooked salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
