- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz / 410g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup (185g) long-grain white rice
- 2 cups (475ml) chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried thyme
